Opis posla
• Collect, review, and organize incoming invoices, work orders, and related documentation
• Prepare and issue outgoing invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor invoice status and maintain communication with suppliers and clients regarding billing or payment matters
• Collaborate with the external accounting team on month-end and year-end financial processes
• Reconcile expense reports and manage credit card receipts
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date office records
• Assist in administrative tasks such as tracking annual leave and sick days
• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate procurement of office equipment
• Provide general administrative support as needed
Zahtjevi poslodavca
• High school diploma (economics or administrative direction preferred); further education is a plus
• Previous experience in an administrative role with accounting responsibilities
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software and e-računi system is an advantage
• Strong document handling skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Category B driving licence is an advantage
