Business Unit / Sales Controller (m/f)

Job description

• Perform comprehensive financial and operational KPI analysis, including month/year-end reporting, plan vs. actual comparisons, and portfolio controlling to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Offer robust support and guidance to business unit leaders, while managing risks and identifying opportunities for growth
• Coordinate planning efforts by assisting in the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts, and analyzing planning data for informed decision-making
• Oversee Sales and Product Controlling, focusing on pricing strategies, margin analysis, and managing the financial performance of the product portfolio
• Ensure compliance with transfer-pricing regulations and contribute to R&D project controlling, including project costing, quotation costing, and the development of calculation tools and governance
• Lead projects aimed at standardizing and harmonizing controlling processes and optimizing IT systems, including contributing to SAP S/4 HANA post-launch projects
• Design and develop dashboards and operational reports with analytical tools, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the group
