Effective handling of ServiceNow ticket requests and live chat inquiries, as well as customer-oriented resolution and processing of customer complaints
Phone and email support for technical inquiries from internal users, professional traders, consumers, and field offices from other countries
Providing information on all technical inquiries related to electric E-Bike components
Entering, processing, and administering data in internal systems
Employer's requirements
Fluent written and spoken German (at least level C1)
Bachelor's degree in technical or electrical engineering field
Professional experience in a technical or electrical engineering field is a big advantage
Professional experience in similar roles is an advantage
Knowledge and high interest in the e-bike technology is a big advantage
Very good computer skills (MS Office) and an affinity for IT and the E-bike industry
Communication skills and focus on solving user problems
Ability to multitask and a high level of commitment
