Overall management, development, and expansion of the company's service activities
Lead, support, and coordinate the service team to ensure operational efficiency
Strategic planning to improve service quality, processes, and cost-effectiveness
Customer relationship management, assessing client needs, and improving satisfaction indicators
Financial planning, budgeting, and revenue growth
Optimising and developing internal service processes, including quality assurance systems
Liaising with suppliers and partners
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
Monitoring customer feedback and implementing recommendations for improvement
Providing regular reports to senior management
Zahtjevi poslodavca
Degree in economics, management or engineering
At least 5 years of relevant management experience
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office and business management systems
Category B driving licence is an advantage
