Job description
- Receiving and processing clients’ orders to assure delivers in time
- Keeping track of payments
- Daily communication with clients and Sales Team
- Handling complaints, recalls, returns, samples and adjustments
- Monitoring the proper sales documentation, approvals and storing
- Supporting overall business and team activities
Employer's requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or similar education
- Previous experience as Sales Assistant or Sales Administration Support is an advantage
- Native Croatian language proficiency
- Fluent English language in written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, any other ERP system experience is a plus
- Positive contribution and pro-active approach to new and changing situations
- Ability to work in a team to achieve company goals
